Our flagship, Bakemate, delivers consistency and excellence for all commercial baking and manufacturing purposes. Tracing its roots back to 1991, Bakemate began its journey with a baking powder plant, initially semi-automatic, evolving into a fully automated pneumatic mixing line in 2001, and the addition of a Rolling Fondant Line in 2016. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards is demonstrated by our prestigious certifications, including EN ISO 9001:2000 + HACCP (2006) and ISO 22000:2005 FSMS (2013).
Ahmad Abdulwahab Abed, Founder of Ahmad Abed Factory for Food Powder, and Yeast Company in 1991, under “BAKEMATE” (Saudi registered brand), holding an immense experience and exposure to the world quality standards in food powder processing mixing lines and product quality, with deep understanding of Arab traditional, cultural taste and bakery, pastry requirements.
Started with a trading business in 1978 under Ahmad Abdulwahhab Abed Trading Establishment, importing high quality bakery and pastry ingredients from finest selective worldwide product sourcing. Keep on growing with untiring hard work and focused vision to achieve a ‘premier bakery and pastry ingredient supplier” position in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and attracting, inviting world reputed brands to be partners in Saudi Arabia.

Ahmad Abduhrahhab Abed started BAKEMATE in 1991 with semi-automatic baking powder blending plant from Tycoon and Chronos Richardson production processing and packing plants from United Kingdom.
Ahmad Abed Factory a dream vision of Ahmad Abduhrahhab Abed to locally produce international quality products in bakery and pastry ingredients and establish quality footprints.
License Agreement for local production of internationally acclaimed ‘sponge cakes & custards mixes” of M/s ZEELANDIA – ZIERKZEE – The Netherlands international brand quality standards.

License Agreement for local production of Rue Flambee – ltalian quality of Fondant with technical know-how.
Entering a Laminated Multilayer packaging of products under nd installed production and packaging line from IMA – HASSIA, lndia.
Hand shaking a License Agreement with M/S General Mills-USA company, to produce American Quality products at Ahmad Abed Factory representing PILLSBURY brand in the range of cake Mixes.
Upgrading production, storage and controlling system with addition of 04 SS Silos Scale Hoppers/Screener/Program incorporating efficiency & hygiene @ processing to keep with standirts demand and new requirements.
ln installation of state of the art ? new complete powder blending production processing plant with fully automated packing line with latest quality, Food & functional Safety handling system from M/S DAXNER – AUSTRIA, scheduled successful commercial production in Q1 – 2025.
